1. Acceptance of terms

Access or use indicates acceptance by the authorized organization and user, subject to the final approved agreement. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

2. Authorized organizational access

Signal Session is available only to provisioned internal users. Public signup and anonymous invitations are not supported.

3. Account responsibilities

Users must protect their access, use accurate account information, and promptly report suspected compromise. Accounts may not be shared.

4. Product purpose

The product supports controlled cybersecurity education, facilitator review, immediate reveal, and documented retention decisions. It is not a general-purpose face-swap service.

5. Authorized identity simulations

Organizations must obtain the approvals and permissions needed for every template, photograph, presentation, and retained use.

6. Prohibited activity

Use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy—including fraud, harassment, unauthorized impersonation, political manipulation, credential theft, or undisclosed external distribution—is prohibited.

7. Synthetic-media disclosure

An undisclosed result may appear only within the controlled facilitator-operated experience with an immediate reveal. Retained or externally shared derivatives require persistent disclosure.

8. Customer content

The organization retains responsibility for its approved templates, attendee photographs, authorization records, and instructions. It grants only the rights needed to operate the service.

9. Product and platform ownership

Signal Session and its software, interface, safeguards, and documentation remain the property of their respective owner. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

10. Availability and modification

Features, providers, safeguards, and supported formats may change. Provider availability is not guaranteed.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or removed for security risk, prohibited use, legal requirements, or material breach.

12. Third-party services

Cloudflare and, when enabled, Magic Hour or Pruna AI provide parts of the service. Their availability and processing are subject to applicable provider terms.

13. Disclaimers

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Warranty and service-level language must be established in the final customer agreement.

14. Limitation of liability

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Insert approved limitation-of-liability language and any required exclusions.

15. Indemnification

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Insert approved indemnification terms addressing unauthorized content, permissions, and misuse.

16. Governing law

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Governing law and venue have not been selected.

17. Dispute resolution

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Add the approved dispute-resolution process and any jurisdiction-specific notices.

18. Changes

Changes will be versioned and dated. Material changes should be reviewed by authorized organizations.
